The most sustainable packaging materials are those made from renewable, biodegradable resources, such as sugarcane fiber (bagasse), cornstarch, bamboo, and wheat straw. These materials break down naturally without harming the environment.

We accept returns and exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be:

• Unused and in their original packaging.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase and a description of the issue (e.g., photos of defects or damages).

If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For exchanges, replacements will be shipped within 7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, with an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error in production.

2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@getecogo.com with your order number and photos.

We will review the information and arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
