  • We accept returns and exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be:

    • Unused and in their original packaging.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase and a description of the issue (e.g., photos of defects or damages).

    If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For exchanges, replacements will be shipped within 7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, with an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

  • Compostable packaging is designed to break down into non-toxic, nutrient-rich compost in industrial composting facilities. Biodegradable packaging also breaks down naturally, but the process may take longer and does not necessarily turn into compost. Compostable options are often a better choice for reducing environmental impact.

    We will review the information and arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
